Hello there, here we go again. These familiar phrases like. 2020 is going to be different.I’m
going to do this, I’m going to get into shape, or I’m going to quit this.. and blah blah blah.
But here I am today writing my own Blah! 😛 It’s really hard implementing new changes, Like most people who make new year’s resolutions and abandon the resolutions by February and revert to my old habits. right?
But, I will just give it a shot. These are my New Year’s Resolutions for 2020
1. Make a Journal – I used to be a Diary Girl when I was in Elementary until Highschool.
I love putting all my secrets and daily happening into a paper. So, why not do it again rather than posting it on Social Media? 🙂
2 Start Reading a Book at least one book per month – I am not fond of reading like what
I said on my Instagram post. It took me a decade to find a perfect and interesting book to read until I saw this book Good Vibes Good Life by Vex King.
3. Quit Sodas – When I was still in the Philippines, my Mama will become a monster every time she saw us drinking sodas and any Junk Food. So, my sister and I will always be cautious in times of eating junk foods. Most of the time we used to buy when our Mum is not around and we will throw the plastic into our neighbor’s bin ( Of course we asked first and they already know why LOL )
4. Quit Alcohol – OH YEAH… So far I ‘m doing good. I am 3 weeks sober. I am a beer lady. 🙂 I ‘m not drinking every single day. Hmm, maybe at least 2-3 bottles every weekend. I started drinking when I was 21 quite late huh? 🙂 Maybe that’s why it’s easy to say I wanna stop drinking. Let’s see if I can really make it. Since I love beer so much! 🙂
